Fan Question

Sorry for TMI... I'm 36 weeks and lately I've had the usual issues of not being able to have frequent bowel movements. So last night I was pretty surprised when I started cramping real bad and got so sick I was vomiting and having diarrhea. I didn't eat or do anything out of the ordinary. Is this a sign of going into labor soon? v neck styled garments of the wedding
