Now that I'm tracking foods in myfitnesspal.com , I'm acutely aware of how many calories are in a bag of potato chips, even the "good" ones. What seems odd to me, though, is that I've been eating under the number of calories required to maintain my current weight on a daily basis, exercising regularly, and I see very little change. Someone said, "Well, our bodies change as we get older." I know, but no change? Going from well over 2000 calories a day to 1200? Hmmmm lace coverd with long sleeve items to wear
