I have read up on teenage growth spurts today and it seems it's pretty normal for them to eat this much
And advice seem to be give plenty of full fat milk, protein and fruit and veg and pasta and rice like you suggested formal party garments for teen girls
etc and as long as they are active it's not a problem
I have him a pint of full fat milk when he walked in from school with 4 digestive biscuits ...
Yes he did have a large dinner (pasta bake, salad and garlic bread)
Again massive portions
But at least he felt satisfied. And hasn't asked for more food
