In 2008 the last time I recall stepping on a scale I weighed over 300lbs I was so ashamed & embarrassed, I refused to weigh at doctors appointments, would never think of wearing a dress or skirt, didn't own a real bathing suit & hid from the camera. At that time I wore a size 26/28 pants and my shirts were 30/32 or 3-4XL. I can remember cutting the tags out of my clothes so that nobody could see the size. In 2010 I dropped 100lbs within a matter of months, however it was not ... healthy I was starving myself, I'd go for days without eating. Over the years my weight has been up & down, I never kept track of it. In March 2017, I decided that it was time for me to make a lifestyle change. I set out with a size goal rather than a weight goal, which was size 16... I'm proud to say that I've passed my goal and I'm in a size 14, which I have not been in since highschool! I know I'll never be a single digit size nor will I ever have a bikini body, however I am comfortable in my own skin, I am proud of myself. I have even worn a skirt a time or two. My goals have been accomplished by eating healthier, portion control, cutting out fast food & sodas, and only having occasional cheat days. I also drink at least 100oz of water a day & I'm more active, I even joined the gym. The best part is I've done this on MY OWN no diet pills, no meal replacement shakes, no surgeries- I'm by no means criticizing anyone who uses any type of weightloss plan everyone is different and you have to find what works for you. Since March of this year I've lost 51lbs. If I can do this anyone can!!! June Bridals black wedding selections with lace # WeightlossJourney # Goals # Size14 # LoveMyself # ProudOfMe # Motivation
